THE YARN
By working with a high-quality viscose blend, Genevieve ensures that the Serora offers a glittering finish without compromising on comfort. Unlike other sparkly socks, it feels incredibly soft, smooth and cosy against the skin, while a confetti-inspired scattering of colourful silk tweeds completes the look. The Serora glittery sock is knitted in a spiral stripe of deep blue viscose blend with twist of light pink and ombre stripe of pink to blue detail.
The sparkly yarn detail within our GS socks has STANDARD 100 OEKO-TEX® certification means that the textile fibres have been extensively tested and declared free of harmful substances. As a result, they are deemed completely safe for human health.

Rather than sourcing her production overseas, she works closely with a long-standing, family-run mill based in Derbyshire who manufacture in small batches to help limit waste as much as possible. The signature intarsia design of the Serora is crafted using a traditional machine-led method coupled with a hand-finishing technique that truly embraces the joy and beauty of artisan craft.
