These luxurious unisex walking socks are perfect for fair-weather ramblers, seasoned trekkers or those who have simply come to embrace the daily dog walk. Knitted with the softest merino wool blend, the socks are custom-spun by Genevieve herself to create a selection of unique colour blends of denim blue and vibrant orange with a charcoal grey melange. The breathable and insulating merino wool keeps your feet warm in winter and comfortably cool in summer, while the double-density sole provides extra cushioning for the foot and the ribbed detailing provides stability and support which also makes it the perfect ski sock.

Made from soft – yet highly durable – machine washable merino wool, these socks are custom-spun by Genevieve herself to create a selection of totally unique colour blends –in this case denim blue and vibrant orange with a charcoal grey melange. These beautiful marls are then twinned with coordinating a bright orange cuffs and GNVE SWNY logo detailing.
Merino wool is a natural fibre that’s both breathable and insulating, so will keep feet warm in winter and comfortably cool during the milder months. Due to its moisture-wicking qualities, wool is not just naturally antibacterial and odour-resistant, but helps keep feet dry too – considerably reducing the chance of blisters or skin irritation so you can concentrate on enjoying the beautiful scenery.

To create the GS walking sock, Genevieve approached a family-run mill based in Derbyshire, and after spotting the unusable end-of-line yarns, decided to rescue them from being thrown away. Many of the yarns were small batches of discontinued colours, so Genevieve let her creativity run wild, twisting them together and producing completely unique blends from otherwise wasted product.Twisting the yarns together can take hours and is something most factories wouldn’t have time for; but for Genevieve, it’s all about embracing the joy of slow manufacturing – and in doing so creating something truly original and beautiful.

These walking socks don’t just provide unrivalled warmth and comfort, they’re perfect for injecting a pop of colour into the traditionally dark tones of hiking boots.
