A few years ago, I was lucky enough to receive help and support from Mind during a difficult time in my life. I had lost my mother at a young age and was seeking support for my childhood grief. The process was simple and the care and service I received was exceptional. To this day, the door at Mind remains open for me, and I want to give back and help others who may be facing similar struggles.

Mind works tirelessly to support local communities, providing advice and support to those experiencing mental health problems and raising awareness and understanding for those who want to support loved ones facing daily challenges.
